Starting from the best and most character-building aspects of the existing Höganäs, we integrate old and new. In the Himlavalvet block we continue building on "the best of Höganäs":
The Garden City of the Future:
Clear building volumes. Sharp and steep roofs. Facades in plaster or brick framed by greenery. Leafy green interiors in the more urban parts of the city. Human scale in the buildings. Details that reference Höganäs' proud tradition of ceramic production among other things.Clear urban spaces:
Street spaces that are well defined by buildings and greenery. A connected and clearly defined street network on a scale adapted to pedestrians and cyclists.
